Peter’s up to no good on his ’58 Harmony Patrician, like a wily dog sneaking out the backdoor under a rainy night, encountering just the kind of trouble he had in mind. Butch runs alongside, driving the adventure by working the  Hang from watery harmonic to unrelenting rhythmic co-conspirator.

It’s a wavy, exciting prospect that keeps your ears perked and gives the feeling the two may just make it back home safe before the sun comes up again.

    Don’t know why but this label brings to mind Peter’s playing in ‘Feed Bag Dad’, which I’m listening to just about now at MySpace. Just out of curiosity, what’s the name of the percussionist accompanying Peter in Feed Bag Dad?
