LA’s Division Day headed in a new direction on their latest album, a direction concertedly marked by dark and eerie undertones and the addition of technological gear to their repertoire. Describing the style, they say, “We’re calling it post-industrial blackened romantigaze.” Though the subject matter is thematcially death and devil-focused, the sound is attractively cool.
